Spring Break 99 Seminar VI presents “Visions Through Darkness” featuring Victor Portugal.

This two-day seminar will feature theory and live tattooing presented by Victor Portugal. As well as One-on-one critiques with Michael Perry and Robby Latos and breakout sessions through out the seminar. Breakout sessions are relaxed round table discussions focused on topics ranging from work-life balance, tattoo theory and application, to business development, these sessions will be lead by Robby Latos, Siabhan Downs, and Michael Perry. 

Our mission is to create a space where artists and industry professionals can share ideas, knowledge, and experiences. Through small groups and open discourse, you’ll develop your network, gain insight and inspiration, and walk away with realistic steps to achieving your goals.

Day 1 Sunday Oct. 27, start 1PM

- Theory with open Q & A

- Collaborative painting

- Breakout sessions 

- *One-on-ones may be scheduled with Robby or Michael, during the event upon request

Day 2 Monday Oct. 28, start 12PM
